Daniel J. Tenca is an associate at Doyle Schafer McMahon, LLP. Before Joining the firm in 2024, Daniel was an associate at Craddick, Candland and Conti, a well-respected medical malpractice defense firm in Northern California. There, he defended health care professionals and institutions in state court actions and private arbitration matters involving medical malpractice, battery, elder abuse, and property liability. Daniel began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney representing clients in misdemeanor and felony actions.
After relocating his family to Orange County, Daniel continues to vigorously defend clients in medical malpractice matters. He enjoys traveling, fitness, fine dining, and sports of all kinds. Outside of practicing law, Daniel is most likely found spending time with his family, coaching and/or cheering on his son.
Daniel obtained his J.D. from San Francisco Law School and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State University in Hayward.
