Pauly B. Kim is an experienced litigation attorney who focuses her practice on the defense of health care professionals and health care facilities throughout California. She takes pride in positive outcomes due to her dedication to hard work as well as her ability to ‘think outside of the box’. Among many recent achievements, Ms. Kim argued before the Los Angeles Superior Court and, against odds, won a motion for summary judgment in a high exposure case.
Ms. Kim received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2021. Ms. Kim graduated at the top of her class and was inducted to the Order of the Coif honorary scholastic society. Ms. Kim won a Witkin Award for earning the highest grade in Criminal law. She externed with the Superior Court of California, Orange County, felony court, in which she studied criminal trials and procedure and was mentored under the Hon. Steven Bromberg. Ms. Kim earned her B.A. degree in Psychology and English from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016 with honors.
Ms. Kim is admitted to practice in the state of California and the United States District Court, Eastern District.
