Jennifer Cooney McNeill is a Partner at Doyle Schafer McMahon, LLP, and has successfully represented clients since 2002. She focuses on high exposure cases involving professional and general liability associated with medical malpractice, elder and dependent adult abuse, matters involving medical staff peer review, and premises liability.
Education
Jennifer obtained her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Work Experience
Jennifer began her legal career in 2002 with an Orange County civil defense firm. In 2004, she joined Carroll Kelly Trotter et al., and became a partner there in 2008. In 2021, she joined Doyle Schafer McMahon, where she continues to defend hospitals and health care providers.

Jennifer is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Southern California Association of Healthcare Risk Management.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family traveling, snowboarding, exercising and generally doing anything outdoors.
