Jennifer Cooney McNeill

Jennifer Cooney McNeill is Of Counsel at Doyle Schafer McMahon, LLP, and has successfully represented clients since 2002. She focuses on high exposure cases involving professional and general liability associated with medical malpractice, elder and dependent adult abuse, matters involving medical staff peer review, and premises liability.

Education

University of California at Santa Barbara, B.A. 1997. Seattle University School of Law, Juris Doctor 2001.

Work Experience

Jennifer began her legal career in 2002 with an Orange County civil defense firm. In 2004, she joined Carroll Kelly Trotter et al., and became a partner there in 2008. In 2021, she joined Doyle Schafer McMahon, where she continues to defend hospitals and health care providers.

Memberships

Jennifer is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Southern California Association of Healthcare Risk Management.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family traveling, snowboarding, exercising and generally doing anything outdoors.
